Well, there is nothing brainstorming in the header, yet most of us fail in understanding the soul idea of saying Fitness is a journey. There are people who constantly keep on checking their weight every other day, while there are few more who will be simply obsessed with the way they look in the mirror. Nothing to discard them out, its actually good to track your progress regularly, when you are doing it as an accountability check, however, this doesn’t happen with most of the individuals, as they get too much worried about the numbers and stats and hence give up! This viscous cycle never ends when you focus on simply the results (remember, you ain’t doing any business with your body, you need to understand the science and and follow the process patiently to see the outcome). Its like sowing a seed every day, so that it grows a plant after a while, you wont see it growing by huge numbers every day, it just happens with its pace.

So, the question still remains — how to make an approach in this journey? When it comes to nutrition & exercises, there is nothing like black and white, one needs to find out the best possible way in which he/ she can adhere to the plan and not deviate every now and then by just thinking about the destination, and also how you work upon the right direction to get the desired outcome. The only thing which one cant/ shouldn’t do is following some random myths and defying science.I believe the first and the foremost thing that one needs to do is read and educate self. Next is finding out the weaknesses that can act as a hindrance and then preparing the action plans to fix them up (eg- if I am a person who is way too social and enjoys going out with friends every weekend evenings, then I would always pre plan my meals and keep a window to have something in my plate when I go out). Similarly, there can be many other such obstacles for each of us, but its all about syncing things up with the lifestyle, so that you start enjoying the journey more and more. Always remember- the more you enjoy a process, the happier you are around and more of happiness you attract. Now, connect this with your end goal in fitness.

Well, resting my case here with my first blog here, will be coming up with some informative stuff soon.
